@shanajray: 🎭✨ This is what happens when Carnival meets family. ✨🎭 What started as a birthday celebration turned into one of those events that reminds me why I love doing this so much. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Not as entertainers. Not as guests. Family. ❤️ We spent the evening dancing, taking photos, laughing, meeting everyone, and bringing a little Carnival energy to a very special 50th birthday celebration. And honestly, somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like work and started feeling like we were celebrating right alongside them. Then the drummers came out… 🥁🔥 And if you know, you know. The second those drums started, the entire energy shifted. People were up, dancing, moving, singing, and fully embracing the moment. You could feel the joy throughout the entire house. One of my favorite things about these events is watching generations come together. Family members catching up, sharing stories, hitting the dance floor together, and creating memories they’ll talk about for years to come. And let’s not forget the food. 😋 They made sure we didn’t leave hungry, and that level of hospitality meant so much. I’m so grateful to @Orlando Carnival Downtown for continuing to allow me to be part of experiences like this. Whether it’s a major festival, a community event, or an intimate family celebration, I love being able to help bring the music, culture, color, and spirit of Carnival wherever we go. Happy 50th Birthday to an incredible man surrounded by an incredible family. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate with you and for making us feel so welcome.
