how does one change their silhouette though? the silhouette is caused by clothing folding or moving around the body under it, its a little hard for me to change that no matter what i wear (in my experience atleast)

it might seem counterintuitive but cropping your shirts helps, usually shirts will sit on your hips and get rid of that rectangular silhouette, crop shirts to just a little below where your belt would sit (I would recommend learning to hem but if you want the rolled edge cut it a few cm long) just try it on and mark where to cut it before doing so

same with hair! I'm a hairdresser and mens cuts are typically more squared off and spiky whereas women's cuts are more rounded and flowy :)

Once I started dressing with the rectangular rule it truly cured my internalized transphobia towards myself and gave me enough hope to actually come out to a couple of people. I still have a long ways to go in terms of self acceptance and improvement but I’m doing so much better. It’s genuinely as simple as how you dress, it can change your mentality completely to see yourself ever so slightly different than before
