@44emirr: This retest setup is hiding in plain sight. Price establishes a value area. Then price breaks below the value area low hard. That’s imbalance to the downside. Sellers have control. But here’s the setup. Price comes back up and tests the value area low from below. That low just became resistance. Now you have a clean binary. Either price accepts above that resistance and traverses back into the value area, or it rejects and continues down. Neither outcome is random. Both are based on the market structure that’s already there. Most traders miss this setup because they only trade the initial break. But the real edge is in the retest. The retest tells you whether the breakdown has conviction or whether it’s failing. If price rejects the retest, the break is failing and you’re short into weakness. If price accepts the retest, the break failed and you’re long into strength. The retest setup is clean. It gives you structure. It gives you risk-reward. It’s hiding in plain sight in every balanced market. #tradingstrategy #daytrading #nq #ict #orderflow
