saying or posting embarrassing things is like pooping during childbirth. we all know why you feel embarrassed, but you shouldn't bc it's just part of the process. basically everybody does it in the same situation, and you no more need to apologize for it than your patients do who poop during labor!

Jen, your original video felt like I was FaceTiming with a friend who needed to be seen and heard and loved on from someone else who’s been through it. Do not feel embarrassed for that. I’m so sorry the media jumped on it and blew it up. Sending you so much love. I hope you have people close to you that can support you and listen.
