@clive_edwin: DEALING WITH CONSISTENCY — a topic that comes up again and again! Someone asked me how I stay consistent with training 365 Days a Year… Truth is, I don’t always feel like it. Some days I’m stuck in my head, overthinking, staring at my shoes. But I just focus on one thing—what if I start anyway? Even if it’s slow. Even if it’s messy. Once you’re in motion, it gets easier. Confidence builds as you go. Today was 3 miles, finished with hill drills. Most importantly I worked the part of the mind that didn’t want to do it at all! Just start. Find the way to get in motion. Even if it is the smallest action think about how you can scale it the next time! P.S sometimes regression is the best answer on getting started sometimes…ease yourself in and then build 🆙 #Fitness #consistency #showup #panther #GymTok
