Twin do not put ice directly on it. I burned myself :( I had to go get the $22 bottle of prep H w lidocaine. I also put some witch hazel on a cotton swab back there. Sits baths for 20 mins w epsom salt. I got the suppositories too. Tried pushing them back in just for the to slowly and PAINFULLY plop BACK OUT. 😭 thankfully the swelling went back down and it hurts less but I was in the same boat for about 3/4 days.
