It goes back and forth, has different speeds, the flexibility of these attachment chords are awesome, and it also has a light so you can use it in the dark. It’s more then just for use on a stroller it can be perfect for a crib too! With the different speeds I don’t have to worry if it’s too much for my baby, it’s perfect.
