talking to my realtor, she said the only houses moving right now in our area are pre covid homes. they are the only ones that can actually accept offers and make money. anything bought during covid is losing money

Yeah. That’s just how the housing market works. Goes up and down all the time. It’s just funny reading the comments: sellers think houses are wildly overpriced until they actually buy one, then it worth its weight in gold. But then those buyers think that house is worth nothing. It’s a vicious cycle. 😂

I’m an arborist and most of the calls I’ve been getting recently go something like “I need you to cut down this tree because I can’t sell my house” um, sir, the house isn’t selling because it’s overpriced, leave the poor tree alone

We knew this would happen. We know these homes arent worth 500,000 there worth 325,000 but the sellers bought high to just get the home and now they are upside down.
