Reports you pull every single month. Rate them by time cost - highest at the top. That list is your roadmap. Don't skip this step. 2/ Open Claude. Type one question. Start with the top item on your list. Go into chat and type: "How can I use Cowork and other features within Claude to automate [your task]?" That's it. That's your first prompt. 3/ Push back. Add context. Make it yours. Whatever Claude gives you - don't accept the first answer. Add the edge cases from your actual job. The one-off scenarios. The exceptions.
