It’s the DSP that’s never put the order to get it repair or didn’t want to drop the route so they can make more money. Normally they find cool driver that are cool with taking messed up vans and cycle it like that until they can repair it. Amazon doesn’t deliver for itself and had delivery service partners aka contractors become there shield to help avoid reliability

I never understood people putting packages in the front, I was doing over 200 stops with like 400 plus packages and keep everything in the back and just have everything organized and I’ll be done in 8-9 hours walking too I never ran 😭
