I went through it very very intensely for like 2 years straight. It broke my mind. It was relentless. One after the other I kept being confronted with these mirrors. I think what broke me more was realizing I wasn’t who I thought I was portraying. If anything I was betraying myself. It was a reality check. A humiliating one. If anything I retreated back into myself, but alx it’s made me reflect and work on myself. I’m grateful for it, but man going through it was earth shattering.

Last year I was put in a situation where I had to do something and I did it fully aware of what it was and surely the guilt after did eat me up but more than guilt it was me actually being so surprised as in before doing so if anyone had asked me about the whole thing i would have sworn up and down SO against it!! but also someone then told me that allah subhanah wa taala has put us here surely not to be perfect and never make mistakes..we all make mistakes but we all should find our ways back and repent..
