It’s not that people are being mean to you in the comments , it’s just people that have experience in the care field acknowledging how this moving and handling is not safe for neither of you, firstly you could hurt yourself and you could end up hurting her as a result. Please if she cannot weight bare at all please seek a referral for a moving assessment where a standing aid may be more beneficial to put into place

Ward Sister and manual having trainer here. Do not buy anything explain to the Local Authority the level of risk to you and your grandmother from this technique. Under the Care Act they are legally required to carry out a full needs assessment and that would include occupational therapy- the specialists in moving and handling
