I have Fibromuscular dysplasia ( gestational arterial disease) in my carotid artery in my head that causes this . My carotid arteries look like a strand of pearls.

I have so much pressure in my neck head I sometimes feel like I may pass out. I cannot stay bent over at all. I am 59. I was told I have severe stenosis in my neck. What do I do or what kind of doctor do I see? Thank you.
