what makes me think the brother's share is only 35% and calling it a "generous" amount. if it's 50%, it's 50%. there's a chance some of his cards his brother bought/given/traded and wasn't jointly owned. my nephew and neice had their own collections. I couldn't think of what would happen if one tried to claim both collections. just as bad as my sister claiming a gaming system I bought for my niece as family property.
