All of you who relate to this but are still in relationships need to break up now. As someone who was on the receiving end of this it hurts way more to find out your partner fell out of love with you/ started entertaining ideas about other people a long time ago and then just held onto to the comfort you provided them.

Reading The Pullback Effect made me realize I wasn’t the ‘good guy’ in the relationship. I was just predictable, overly available, and emotionally weak. This book didn’t teach me how to win her back it showed me why I lost her in the first place and how to never be that guy again.
