Police should have discretion on what laws they enforce. Predatory bs laws like this should never have came to be and tbh if there’s no harm, there’s no foul. Most of the law’s officers enforce only harm no one but the one but the law breaker. Once a society starts enforcing codes instead of basic morality is when a society gives up its freedom for opression.
