I’m gonna be honest—no. Taste-wise, I’d rate it about a 6.7 out of 10. But as far as actually eating it, I wouldn’t be able to stomach this every single day. I do think it would work for weight loss. For another video, a longer one, I would eat the Tiffany plate for a full week and see how much weight I lose compared to not eating it. That’s the only reason I would do it. Otherwise, I would never subject myself to the same flavor every day.
