honestly it's signora fault she underestimated us back at the day that's why she choose this decision after that...it's kinda raidens fault but I disagree I believe that signora wanted to put a good offer infront of someone like raiden to prove her self worthy of the gnosis

The way I understood it is that yes of course signora did some terrible stuff, but her death was partly the travelers fault for challenging her to a duel before the throne, a challenge that ends in the losers death. the challenge itself is a death sentence that raiden has to enact, and signora could not realistically refuse after the shogun approved. furthermore it's not raidens fault for approving, that is the customs of the land? Am I missing something?

It’s not even the Shogun’s either. Traveler asked for the duel, she didn’t HAVE to agree. She even double checked if that’s what he wanted. She knew the rules of the duel. She was fully aware what she was getting into. She just let her ego get the better of her.

She knew the risk she was taking when she accepted the Traveler's challenge before the throne of Inazuma. Don't blame the Shogun as if she were the villain. Who was invading Inazuma anyway? Who came up with the idea of the Vision Hunt mandate? The Fatui. And, as we now know, it's completely understandable that the Shogun approved the idea against the Visions now that many things point to Celestia's manipulation.
