Just for reference—this specific customer asked me if I make nails that will fit her “toe thumbs” and a lot of people with them refer to them that way in my comments !! Correct term is brachadactyly type d though, it’s all love! 🥰

hi!! STEM girly here, do NOT!!! heat up water in the microwave!!! absolutely do NOT!!!! In some cases if you accidentally heat it up too much, the water can get superheated - this is a state where the water has enough energy to turn into steam but there is no trigger causing it to change state. What this means is that if you have a glass of superheated water, the moment the surface is disturbed (for example by moving it) it will instantly turn into steam, which carries a LOT of energy and can burn you VERY VERY VERY seriously. Steam is SO much more dangerous than boiling water in terms of the energy it stores (and will transfer to your skin) and also because it rises up, possibly burning your hands, face, etc. use a kettle or a stove instead!! I know it may seem like nothing has happened so far, but you never know when this might happen!! stay safe 💖

To get the size without having to send samples get her to send a picture of her hand with a coin in it and then put the coin on an ipad and align it with the picture and than you can take the nails and size it digitally
