Yes, an individual can be legally trespassed from a public park in Florida. Law enforcement or authorized city officials can issue a trespass warning or order a person to leave if the individual violates park rules, engages in illegal activity, or remains on the premises after the park is officially closed. This video only shows the interaction with police, and not the entire incident. With that said you can’t trespass someone just because, so they should have just said the reason.
