The turmeric is too much, so it won’t give the pickle its perfect taste. For this amount of cucumber, around 2 grams would be enough. Is this a turmeric pickle? It will only taste bitter like this. You won’t be able to get the proper balance of vinegar, sugar, and bay leaves flavors🙃
