It counts. Stop making excuses PLEASE. I know addiction can be hard, but you need to make a switch to alternative methods. Roleplaying with others, using yumeshipping apps, writing or reading fanfic, and more. I made the switch and I’m fine now. You got this.

i had an addiction too but stopped immediately when ads came in. IDK HOW YOU GUYS MANAGED TO KEEP USING IT😭 the changes were so annoying that it cured me

there is a BIG difference between generative ai that creates art slop/takes away your critical thinking and ai that you simply use to express creative writing skills. I don't think people should be beating eachother up for using things like C.ai

i used to do this so no judgement here when i say it is SO worth coming away from ai chat bots!! its gotten me back into writing fanfiction which has helped me get a little bit of creativity back and also gives me something new to talk to friends about :)
