As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, I find these negative comments hilarious. People would be shocked to know that this is exactly how commercial kitchens and high-end restaurants manage inventory, minimize waste, and maintain consistency. Food prepping and freezing isn't 'lazy' 🙈it's efficient, safe, and smart time management. If it works for top restaurants, it definitely works for a busy household.
