@cesare_shapable: The reason most people struggle with fat loss isn’t the food. It’s the stuff they put on the food. The extra mayonnaise. The aioli. The oils. The sauces. A meal that started at 500 calories suddenly becomes 900. And people genuinely have no idea where the calories came from. The good news? You don’t need to eat plain chicken and broccoli. Mustard. Hot sauce. Low-sugar ketchup. Barbecue sauce. You can make food taste great without destroying your calorie deficit. The leanest people aren’t eating boring food. They’re eating smart. The biggest lesson I learned from "The Mystical Formula of the Lean Body" by Ryan Foster is that sustainable weight loss is a skill. Once I understood the principles behind nutrition, habits, and consistency, everything became easier. I wish I had found this book years ago

SS Tier: Tzatziki
Greek yogurt, garlic, cucumber, red wine vinegar, a bit of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Contains roughly 100 calories and 8g of protein per 100g, plus probiotics from the yogurt and healthy fats from the olive oil. It's very filling and pairs perfectly with all kinds of meat.

Mayo > sugar. Ketchup is the worst. Putting sugar on everything is diabolical. Fat is not necessarily bad, you can also make your own mayo with better quality oil than the usual sunflower one. Also Mayo has actual texture and taste as apposed to sugary ketchup.
