@leondesolapinto: Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t always like this. We’ve always been pretty strict with screen time and only use it when we genuinely need it. Like most things with parenting, moderation is key. I know taking young children on flights is a hot topic. There’s always a few people who think it’s rude or inconsiderate. Interestingly, those people are often the ones without children, who seem to forget they were children themselves once. The reality is that no matter how well you raise your kids, any child under the age of three can erupt into a completely unprovoked, explosive tantrum at any moment. They’re basically sticks of dynamite with an unknown fuse. Parents aren’t enjoying it either. In fact, they’re usually far more stressed about it than anyone else on the plane. And if you’re a fully grown adult who can’t put a pair of headphones on and tolerate a child having a tough moment, then maybe you’re the one who belongs in nappies. #parenting #kids #flight #comedy #screentime
