Health does play a HUGE part too. Stress, lack of sleep, hormones imbalance, gut issues, inflammations etc… No matter how good the product is if your health is not good nothing will work and I’m speaking from experience. I’m struggling with all the issues above and nothing work. All I need to do now if follow a diet that fits ME.

I like rarely even get pimples and sorry to break it to y’all but it’s because I never wear makeup. If you use makeup everyday of course your skin is going to be not good and then using skin care also has many horrible ingredients that your putting on your face
