Marks are awarded based on accuracy, explanation, presentation, correct calculations, and understanding of the question. Practical and objective questions are also added to the final scores before grades are released. Examination malpractice is taken very seriously during WASSCE. Candidates who engage in cheating, bringing foreign materials, or examination misconduct can have their papers cancelled or results withheld by West African Examinations Council. Students are always advised to prepare seriously, study past questions, manage their time well during examinations, and follow all examination rules and regulations.
