Anschließend mindestens 1 Stunde, oder über Nacht im Kühlschrank ziehen lassen. 2️⃣Für den Gyros-Spieß eine halbierte Zwiebel auf einen Holzspieß stecken und das marinierte Hähnchen darauf schichten. In einer feuerfesten Form bei 160 °C Umluft für 50–60 Minuten backen. 3️⃣Das fertige Gyros nach Bedarf vom Spieß schneiden und in dein selbstgemachtes Pita füllen.
