I’m so glad you got away from him, unfortunately, I know this manipulation, my ex-husband was the same way, he had me believing that I was crazy, and that what I knew to be reality was not, he had me saying things that were not true, he had me admitting to things that I never did… I completely lost who I was, and what I knew to be true, it took me years to heal from it… Have grace and understanding with yourself, you will be OK ❤️
