The original concept used four electric motors, one at each wheel, producing a combined 780 horsepower and 1,180 lb-ft (1,600 Nm) of torque. Instead of a conventional gasoline engine driving the wheels, two compact gas turbines acted as range extenders, generating electricity to recharge the battery pack and power the motors. When Jaguar developed a production-ready prototype, the turbine system was replaced with a highly advanced 1.6-liter turbocharged and supercharged four cylinder gasoline engine derived from Formula 1 technology. This engine produced around 500 horsepower on its own and worked alongside electric motors to deliver a total system output of approximately 850 horsepower, enabling a top speed of over 220 mph (354 km/h) and a 0–60 mph time of under 3 seconds. #tiktok #jaguar
