doomscrolling has messed up my memory somehow and i decided to stop being on tiktok for a few days and i read a lonnngggg book and some small ones and basically just been reading a lot and after 3-4 days my memory has changed a LOT and i’ve gotten better at remembering stuff. so thank you for these recommendations i will be watching these!!
