I'm catching the same thing here in CT using night vision, otherwise I can barely see them. They appear out of nowhere as dim flickering orbs, I see them coming from way up high and some pretend to be stars at times. When they come down from up high when they get closer to the ground they solidify and brighten up into a orb. They're everywhere! 2 nights ago I stopped counting after 100.
