The joint pain definitely comes and goes, but it’s noticeably improved since I’ve been doing this routine every morning. Whether it’s the movements themselves, the consistency, or simply taking a few minutes to wake the body up properly, something is working. If you’re waking up stiff, achy, or feeling older than you should, I’d encourage you to give this a try. 💾 Save this video and revisit it every morning. ▶️ Play the video on loop. ▶️ Do each exercise for the duration of the video (60 seconds). ▶️ When the next exercise appears, switch to that movement. Today’s routine: ✅ Lymphatic Hops ✅ Body Waves ✅ Trunk Twists ✅ Arm Swings ✅ McGregors ✅ Golf Swings ✅ Ballet Squats ✅ Marches ✅ Horseback Squats That’s just 9 minutes invested in your body before the day begins. Wake up the body. Wake up the mind. Start the day with positive intentions.
