Freeze in the LG InstaView™ for 3-6 hours per layer, then coat with a stunning pink mirror glaze and fresh berries. 🍓 Berry Mousse 🍓 ✔ Ingredients For the chocolate mousse: 120g cream 10g glucose syrup 2g bloomed gelatin 150g dark chocolate 180g whipped cream For the raspberry mousse: 80g cream 10g glucose syrup 3g bloomed gelatin 150g white chocolate 180g whipped cream 50g raspberry purée For assembly and decoration: Brownie base Simple syrup Pink mirror glaze Raspberries ✔ How to Make 1. Make the chocolate mousse: heat the cream and glucose syrup. Dissolve the bloomed gelatin into the hot liquid, then melt it together with the dark chocolate. Gently fold in the whipped cream. 2. Layer the brownie base in a mold and brush it with simple syrup. Fill the mold halfway with the chocolate mousse and freeze in the LG InstaView™ for 3–6 hours. 3.
