But they came out crispy on the outside, soft and comforting inside, and packed with veggies without feeling heavy at all 🥬✨ The best part is she added one key ingredient that made them way more filling, so I wasn’t digging through the pantry later at night. Now we just use whatever leftover veggies we have in the fridge and make a batch almost every week.
