as someone who had owned several 7.3 powerstrokes when they run out of fuel you don't just put some in and they fire right back up it's gonna eat about 4 batteries just to get it primed because the fuel pump runs off the cam

Yes, it will run on vegetable oil, but there’s no way that truck started that fast. If you could completely run it out of diesel, you would’ve had to prime it to get it started and cranky over for a while so BS.
