@allison.yee96: 😫 “Outside of my knees hurt!” Mostly due to tight hips, weak glutes are underlying causes of ITB syndrome. Tight hips restrict your natural stride, drastically reducing your running efficiency and power. This limitation forces the rest of your body to compensate, creating a chain reaction that often leads to severe overuse injuries in your lower back, knees, and feet. Tight hips are a primary cause of Iliotibial (IT) Band Syndrome. While you usually feel IT band pain on the outside of your knee, the root problem is almost always located at the hip. Do these regularly with glutes strengthening workouts to run better! @ASICS #ASICSMY #soundmindsoundbody #moveyourbodymoveyourmind
