I only started doing this recently and it’s been a game changer. 🙌 Fill your pocket bread with kafta, wrap in baking paper then foil so they sit flat, and stack them in the freezer. When you need one, take it out of the foil and into a cold press down toaster — turn it on and it defrosts and toasts at the same time. Tip: add your cheese or tomato after it’s been in the toaster a minute, not before — keeps it from going soggy. Honestly though, I love it plain with a side of yogurt.
