When someone misses with my work not intentionally but it affects my efforts and my plan to ached a goal, and then i get angry and frustrated, they usually say oh I didn’t know,like in non challant way! So I get frustrated and angry more ! they will make fun of me or ignore me! Like i’m the crazy one, i’m in-charge of this mission And I need it to be done perfectly!!

My past and what I accepted before..it fucks you up, you stop trusting yourself..and I reacted and I was the bad guy…my reality was twisted..I minimized myself..but Iworked so hard with myself, taking accountability to not accept this kind of behaviour anymore and work with my bad traits..its all about my attachment style. Unfortunaly I did isolated myself, now I am blooming 💪🏼

its coming from a place of hurt and not being understood or listened to.. im always a problem when I open my mouth to speak. I try to talk about anything I get shut down and told that I am starting fights.
