The market is so volatile that you can’t fix fish prices but go with the general market price. I may be wrong and stand to be corrected. But as a finance person I don’t see breakeven

Based on your calculation a fish will eat at least N1,757. Which atleast 60% of the fish will hit 1kg. And 40% of it will be below 1KG. If you factor the additional cost like fueling, transportation and cost of buying the fish. I don’t have ideal on the cost of what 1kg sells from farm to market women. Clear signs to profit..hmmm I don’t see that. Only if the person is stocking above 1000 and manage the same cost
