My entire existence was all about religion but now I have zero faith and that keeps me up all night because it feels like Ive lost everything. They feel the need to invalidate the very concept of religious trauma because anything that doesn’t make their religion look perfect is evil and should be eradicated immediately. It’s why they’ll go as far as to say that is exmuslims don’t exist. They don’t care how insulting they’re being because in their eyes, disrespecting their bid is worse than anything.
