While the pretzels are still hot, brush them generously with melted butter and coat them in cinnamon sugar. For the chocolate sauce, heat the cream until simmering, pour it over the chopped chocolate, and stir until smooth and glossy. Serve the pretzels warm with the rich chocolate sauce for dipping.
