Yaki Onigiri (Grilled Rice Ball)

Ingredients
• Cooked cold rice: 200g
• Mentsuyu (3x concentrated): 1 tbsp
• Sesame oil: 1 tsp
• Shredded cheese: as needed
• White sesame seeds: as needed
• Chopped green onion: as needed

Instructions
① In a bowl, mix the rice with:
• Mentsuyu
• Sesame oil
• White sesame seeds
• Green onion
② Add cheese in the center and shape into rice balls.
Press firmly so they don’t fall apart.
③ Pan-fry the rice balls.
④ Once golden and fragrant, it’s done!
⭐︎ Tips
Press firmly to prevent breaking apart.
Shiso leaves also go really well!
