Love your videos! What do you think of diet breaks? My deficit is at 1700cals for most of the month, but when my period comes around I increase to maintenance calories for 4-6 days. (Helps a lot because I naturally want to eat more during luteal/menstrual phase) Then back down to 1700cals. Is this beneficial for my metabolism in the long run do you think? Or am I just stalling progress unnecessarily? I’ve lost 10lbs over 4 months now with this method. It’s slower but keeps me from burning out! Wondering your thoughts.
