My assessment from a trip to Manchester in England 🏴, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 in December 2025: 1. 🍔 Smoke & Pepper - @Smoke & Pepper Popular burger spot known for ultra-loaded, dripping burgers. Great atmosphere and seriously tasty food, but a bit too greasy for my taste. 2. 🥪 Fat Pat‘s - @fatpatsuk One of Manchester’s most hyped sandwich spots. Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches, but no seating and a little overpriced in my opinion. 3. 🍞 gooey - Famous for its French toast and sweet treats. The toast was surprisingly good, but the 1-hour wait meant we couldn’t eat together. Free cookies helped! 4. 🥩 Flat Iron - Well-known steak restaurant with fair prices and a relaxed atmosphere. Delicious steak and a free ice cream to finish. Easy recommendation. 5. 🍕Rudy‘s - Popular Neapolitan pizza chain known for authentic pizzas. Great vibe, tasty pizza, but not a game changer.
