Hey everyone, just so you know you can't lose weight in a specific area. You lose weight all across your whole body. It's like sticking a straw in one of those scientific beaker kits where there's multiple vials tied to each other and you try to drink the water out of one vial but it slowly drinks all seven vials. Simply because you cannot lose weight in one spot, your body will evenly distribute your weight loss.
Some of you may not agree because maybe you lost weight in certain places heavily and the other parts are holding it. That's not saying I'm wrong or you're right. What that's saying is you have a disposition to hold fat in certain places. Like me right now I have abs and my calves look like I'm a bodybuilder but my lower back and upper back barely have any muscle fibers showing. Understand all you can do is eat at a deficit and lose weight throughout your whole body.
