Do they really check you’re gp records though? Because mine is full of gp apps, numerous notes from drs clearly stating I’m in pain also struggling with my mh, I’ve had physio and waiting for a hospital referral but was yet awared 0 and said I can do everything fine when I can barely walk, the assessor lied about everything- now I have about 25 pages printed off ready to send alongside 12 pages of written info I have to why I disagree, now I’m thinking it could be too much?? 🤔

Its a waste of time they had pages and pages of detailed evidence how they affect me everything and I still list my mobility at 2nd review even though I had it for 5yrs for my 1st 5yr award 2nd assessment conditions worsened especially Mobility all proof supplied got 0 Points they have no lawful reason to take my Mobility away im going to MR

I’m applying for mine now but I’ve never really laid on the severity of my condition to any consultant I’m seeing. And now I feel like any letters I do have are just going to be of no use. And with a diary does it need to be a daily thing? Is starting it now too late when I’m applying now? I’m probably gonna get denied anyway but I just want to be prepared and have everything I possibly can to help me

What about a recent prescription, a medical history summary from the doctor, a psychology assessment report and a psychiatry assessment report? My conditions (both physical and mental) and my assessment reports together explain my daily struggles

Mines at mr my specialist wrote a letter for me saying I have neuropathy loss if sensation in my hands and feet pain throughout the body and fatigue and I’m struggling with activities of daily living along with diaries I hope that’s enough now 🤦♀️

The General :
I once left my chip fryer on because I'm in so much bloody pain all the time I fell asleep after taking the food out. Luckily it didn't catch fire and also I send them evidence when I applied of crutches my basket to catch the mail from the door of course grabs so I don't have to bend and all that sort of thing also grab rails in the bathroom.
