When did being as small as possible become the goal again? I'm not talking about people who genuinely need medication for medical reasons. I'm talking about the obsession with shrinking ourselves, finding shortcuts, and treating thinness like the ultimate achievement. Here's a body that's healthy, strong, happy, and living a full life. I don’t treat thinness like the ultimate goal but I’m sure as hell proud of myself going into my 40s in the best shape I’ve ever been and shredded! Being overweight for my size wasn’t healthy either. 🤷🏼‍♀️
