@dr.skin.lifestyle: Performance + Cuteness Factor🌼 The Marc Jacobs love doesn't end with yesterday's reel on the Born Star Eyeshadows. Today we're shifting our focus to the Joystick Buildable Cream Blush Stick. I have the shade "Self Centered" featured here, described as a mauvey nude. Starting with the shade, it was much deeper than I expected, but blends out to something very flattering on my skin tone. The shades in general feel really vibrant and unique for a blush line (despite the fact that I picked the most basic shade). I definitely agree with it's buildable claim as it sheers out nicely but can be built up. It's a very lightweight, thin cream that doesn't feel heavy or too emollient. The formula is supposed to be long-wearing and even heat, humidity, and swear resistant. I am not going to say it's not long-wearing for a cream blush, however it does not fully set down on my skin. While the color lasted really well throughout the day, it's not as budge proof as the claims make it sound, in my humble opinion. Nonetheless, it feels more long-wearing and sophisticated than something like the Rhode or the Nudestix just because of that lightweight nature, while still having a rather dewy effect. The packaging for this one is also very fun and makes a statement in my makeup collection, although I do wish it has a more secure closure, like a magnet to keep it shut, because it does not feel the most secure in something like a makeup bag.
