@wannabe.foodie: Agbeli kaklo as the Ewes call or Bankye kaklo as the Akans call it is one of Ghana’s favorite local snack. It’s crispy ,chewy and absolutely delicious. It originated from the Volta region. Please note that adding the pepper was optional, also you can add a little sugar if you aren’t sure the cassava will taste nice . I didn’t but some people do .
